Rock Lee vs. Neji Hyuga is Chapter 3 of the manga.
Summary[]
Several shinobi from Kusagakure appear in Konohagakure . When Rock Lee appears, they claim ninjutsu will not effect them; however, Lee knocks out the three ninja with taijutsu . Lee and his sensei, Might Guy begin training in a ridiculous outfit, but he isdisappointed to find out his rival Neji had defeated the Kusa-nin's leader. Lee then gets really frustrated when he could not find Tenten 's photo, when Neji used his Byakugan to find itin a matter of seconds. He then swears to never to lose to Neji again. After challenging Neji to a fight, Lee undergoes a training program with Guy. When the day of the match came,the fight ended in a draw with Neji beaten by Lee's attacks, and Lee defeated by Neji's Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms . Neji then tells Lee he has become an amazing ninja.
